Around 15 people attended the kick-off meeting on evaluations last nite (10 Aug). The meeting was brief and effective.

I was particularly impressed by an orbit with "message" at the centre and supporting ideas, body language and voice at the outer side. When making an evaluation, we simply translate what we are going to say into these four elements. If we are able to grasp these skill sets, plus more practices, it is not difficult for us to become a good evaluator.

We have a total of 11 program participants! Thanks Asta for running this program for us. Let's give her a big round of applause!
