We were blessed with an external GE, Molly Yip, Assistant Division H Governor. She provided some good humour and expert feedback in her evaluation session, and presented the Best Table Topic Speaker of the evening, Ben, with a TI ring. Thanks again to Molly for helping out despite her busy schedule.
In his CC#2 prepared speech, Alan presented us with the ABCDEs of maintaining a positive outlook and overcoming the challenges life throws at us. In his CC#4 speech, Jonathan educated us with his story of "three apples that changed the world" and left us to ponder over the question of what the fourth apple might be. In a well delivered and entertaining CC#9 speech, Aaron made a powerful case for providing the youth of Hong Kong opportunities to fend for themselves.
In the Table Topics session, Ben related to us his first table topic experience, Donald told us how to overcome our biggest fears, Peter argued that fear can be motivating in a positive way, and Jonathan revealed that he is most afraid of himself, lol.
