We are using Easy-Speak wisely

Happy to see that the club is coordinating meeting roles with Easy-Speak. A lot of info is also available from the system to help members play their roles. I really hope that more members will respond to emails sent out by our dear VPEs. Also, we are using the system wisely without being restricted by its limitation, e.g. layout of the agenda was less desirable. Thanks to our Excom, the agenda was put back to our usual bigger print for the 9-Nov meeting. Excellent job. Thanks
